Are you looking for a safe and supportive space to unwind and recharge? The GSRC Sensory Room is designed to provide a calming environment that can help you manage stress, improve focus, and enhance your overall well-being. Here are some of the incredible benefits you can experience:

  • Reduce Stress: Our sensory room offers a tranquil atmosphere with soothing lights, sounds, and textures that can help lower stress levels and promote relaxation.

The GSRC sensory room offers noise canceling headphones, fidget toys, color-changing lights, fiber optic lights, a weighted stuffed animal, a couch, plants, and bean bag chair.

The GSRC’s sensory room is open Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:00 pm and available on a first come first served basis.
